As TEV, we remain deeply grieved by the earthquake that hit Kahramanmaraş and the surrounding 9 provinces. We offer our heartfelt condolences to all our citizens who have lost their lives in this disaster, and we hope for the speedy recovery to tens of thousands who remain critically wounded.

With regards to inquiries that came from our esteemed donors about our Foundation’s efforts in response to this disaster, we would like to emphasize that we are at present still in communication with the relevant organizations (both governmental and NGOs on the ground) for all kinds of support and coordination. Furthermore, we are closely monitoring the well-being of all our grantees affected by the earthquake, to those who both study in the region and/or have families there, and we continue to support them all financially and morally.

Lastly, we’d like ensure all our supporters that we will do our part in the aftermath of this disaster by prioritizing a sustainable plan to secure the continuity of the education to students all over Türkiye. As always, we would like to sincerely thank you for your valuable support and interest.
